Contractor Online induction procedures

Robina Town Centre's induction requirements are:

 

1.    Completed Contractor Work Permit - Click here

2.    Online induction and questionnaire answered via www.qicre.com.au (password and login are both robina).  Click here

3.    Completed Contractor Acknowledgement Statement - Click here  

and copies of your:

4.    Certificate of Currency for WorkCover

5.    Certificate of Currency for Public Liability (min $20M)

6.    Job / Site Specific Risk Assessment

7.    List of sub-contractors with contact numbers (if applicable).

Once you have completed and gathered all of the above documentation you can then fax (07 5593 1416) or email (k.halls@rtc.qic.com) the documents to Kirsty Halls, Administration Assistant (Operations).
