Robina Town Centre Gift Cards
If you are searching for the perfect gift then the ideal solution is the one you can choose yourself. Robina Town Centre Gift Cards are available from Customer Service and they can be purchased in any denomination between $20 and $500. They may be redeemed at most retail stores at Robina Town Centre including David Jones and the Apple store. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of issue. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available.
Robina Town Centre Gift Cards are accepted at a huge range of specialty stores.

Customer Service and Concierge Desk
Customer Service and the Concierge Desk are located just near Esprit and YD and are open during the Centre's core trading hours. Here you can find information regarding Robina Town Centre's retailers and events plus hire wheelchairs, motorised scooters, prams or kiddy cruisers, buy gift cards, lost and found property, bus and train timetable information and any other general enquiries. Parents' Room
Our Parents' Rooms are located opposite Goldstein's in the Food Markets and in the Food Atrium. Our well-equipped Parents' Room provides a clean, comfortable and convenient space and provides the following services; microwave, change tables, secure children's play area, baby weighing machine and quiet feeding areas. The Australian Breastfeeding Association has given our Parents' Room near the Food Atrium a 5 star rating.
Complimentary use of Motorised Scooter, Wheelchair and Pram Hire
If you require a wheelchair, pram or a motorised scooter, then let us help you. We offer complimentary use of this equipment to make your stay here a relaxed and comfortable one. To book any of this free equipment, please phone Customer Service on (07) 5575 0480. For your convenience, bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. Upon arrival in the centre, simply visit Customer Service and provide proof of identity to collect your wheelchair, motorised scooter or pram. Single and double prams are available for your use.
Justice of the Peace
Our Justice of the Peace service can be found outside Credit Union Australia in Arbour Lane Terraces and operates daily Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm, Thursday night 6pm - 8pm and Saturday 10am - 12 noon. No booking is required for this service.
*The Justice of the Peace service will be closed for the Queen's Birthday public holiday, Monday 14th June 2010.
Parking/Park Assist
Robina Town Centre has arguably the best parking on the Gold Coast with approximately 6,000 free car parking spaces available for your convenience.
Robina Town Centre recently introduced a revolutionary new car park guidance system to assist you to quickly find an available car park. 'Park Assist' is a sophiscated system which indicates if a car park bay is available by illuminating a coloured LED signal above each bay which can be easily identified from a distance.
Park Assist is currently available in the David Jones, Arbour Lane and Big W car parks so now you can enjoy more time finding that special something at the Gold Coast's ultimate shopping destination and less time finding a car park.
Disabled Parking
Robina Town Centre has around 85 disabled persons parking bays all accessed off Robina Town Centre Drive. Disabled bays are located undercover in The David Jones car park on level 2 and 3 and there are 8 open aired bays on level 4. Disabled bays are also located in the Big W, Arbour Lane and Bazaar St carparks. There are an additional 12 open aired bays located in the Food Markets car park.
Parents with Pram Parking
Travelling with children is made easier at Robina Town Centre with 50 designated "extra wide" car parks for parents with prams. The Parents with Pram bays are located in the David Jones, Big W, Target, Kmart and Food Markets carparks.
