Important Notice as at 1 September 2007 - Since the preparation of the leasing materials QIC has decided to stage its proposed redevelopment of Robina Town Centre. The first stage of the redevelopment (expected to commence in September 2007) is proposed to comprise:

  • The addition of a 10,000 square metre Big W
  • The introduction of a 4,500 square metre Woolworths supermarket
  • A new 900 seat food court with approximately 14 dining options
  • A lakeside dining destination with up to 10 restaurants and a tavern
  • A new children’s interactive play park
  • Additional car parking to bring the total available to almost 6000

The balance of the proposed redevelopment outlined in the leasing materials (including the relocation/expansion of the cinema complex and the construction of the Bowling Centre) has not been committed at this stage and QIC gives no guarantee that that part of the redevelopment will proceed in the form indicated in the leasing materials or at all. Your attention is also drawn to the Important Disclaimer set out above.
