• The Gold Coast is expected to account for 20.4% of Queensland’s entire population growth over the next 25 years⁴.
• 87% of the Centre’s customers are derived from the total catchment area⁵.
• 75% of the Main Catchment is Australian born. Average household size is 2.54 people⁵.
• Average household income in Zone 1 Robina is $49,105. Population growth rate is expected to be 2.3% per annum, well above the Brisbane Statistical Division average of 1.5%⁵.
• The pre-development GLA equalled 85,130m2, with traffic counts recording in excess of 10.9 million customers per annum⁶.
