Founded in Western Australia, Bucking Bull has been serving Australians since 1999. Having grown to become the largest roast and grill carvery in Australia, this eatery aims to give their food that home-cooked feeling away from home.

Their famous roasts are slow-cooked for up to 12 hours, ensuring the meat is so delicate that it falls apart in your mouth. Compared to traditional roasting, Bucking Bull’s rack-roasting method doesn’t just result in greater flavour, but also means the meat retains less fat for a more nutritious meal.
